Max is a Director of Inspira and has more than 10 years experience in consultancy. He specialises in children’s services, education and skills. His clients have included local authorities, colleges, the Learning and Skills Council and partnership bodies.
He has extensive skills in strategic planning, research, evaluation and analysis, focusing on identifying key messages for policy makers from evidence and statistical data. He also has considerable experience as an interim manager in senior change management and delivery roles in local authorities.
