Jill Hall
Jill is a Director of Inspira and is an experienced regeneration consultant, who previously worked for 20 years in senior management and public private partnerships this included positions as Chief Executive of Chambers of Commerce and Business Link.
Jill specialises in providing strategic and business planning, structural review, partnership development, evaluation, consultation and appraisal within economic development, regeneration, business support and employment and skills. She brings objectivity and pragmatism to all her assignments alongside sensitivity to the political dimensions of partnership working. A major part of her work involves reviewing and evaluating structures and services and offering practical and affordable solutions for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
