Dawn is a Certified Professional Facilitator accredited by the International Association of Facilitators (one of only 50 people in the UK with this qualification.) Her approach to facilitation is bold, innovative and focused on your providing you with an effective process to meet your needs. Using an external facilitator means you can participate fully without worrying about the people or the process,
