Jill has wide experience in business planning and strategic
development for organisations in the public and the private
sectors. She has run her own consultancy service - Hallmark
Business Solutions - and been chief executive of the Business
Link service in Redditch and Bromsgrove.

Jill's clients at Hallmark included Redditch Borough Council, Worcestershire Health Authority (Public Health Department), Black Country Chamber of Commerce and Business Link, Worcestershire County Council and Clement Keys Chartered Accountants. Until recently she was a paid advisor to the Board of the Redditch Local Strategic Partnership and remains an Adviser to the Board of the Dudley Community Partnership.
Jill has had experience of and responsibility for managing major change programmes including several re-structures, development of new corporate governance arrangements, working closely with Board of Directors on formal training programmes, clarifying role, remit and responsibilities. One change programme resulted in a CCTE being in top 3 performers in the Country.
As a quality assessor with Midlands Excellence, Jill has carried out assessments on national companies.
