Dawn Reeves, Jill Hall and Max Krafchik, the company's Directors, set up Inspira Consulting in March 2002. Our motivation is a belief - backed up by our clients - that we can provide support to the public sector in a different way to both the big consultancies and individual consultants by providing:

Dawn Reeves Dawn Reeves is a Member of the International Association of Facilitators, a Neighbourhood Renewal Adviser (NRA) to Department of Communities and Local Government and a Lead Improvement Adviser to the West Midlands Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnership (LSP Learning to Deliver support) . Dawn has worked extensively with LSPs on Leadership and governance, delivering priorities, creating positive change and performance management projects. Dawn has been heavily involved in Local Area Agreements (LAA) throughout the East and West Midlands. Dawn’s roles prior to forming Inspira included Director of Policy and Head of Economic Development in a Midlands local authority.

Jill Hall Jill Hall is an experienced regeneration consultant, who previously worked for 20 years in senior management positions in the private sector and in public/private partnerships. Following a successful career as Chief Executive of Chambers of Commerce and Business Link, Jill set up her own consultancy business in 1998 and jointly founded Inspira Consulting in 2001.

Jill specialises in providing strategic and business planning, structural review, evaluation, consultation, bid development and appraisal. She brings objectivity and pragmatism to all her assignments alongside sensitivity to the political dimensions of partnership working. She links these attributes with a good understanding of the regeneration policy and delivery landscapes including the increasing impact of Local Area Agreements. A major part of her work involves reviewing and evaluating structures for their ability to deliver services effectively and offering practical and affordable solutions for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Max Krafchik Max Krafchik is a highly experienced consultant with a background in policy and senior management in services for children and young people, lifelong learning and in neighbourhood renewal. His clients have included local authorities in London and the Midlands, the Learning and Skills Council, voluntary sector agencies and colleges. His skills include: project leadership and development; partnership working; research and analysis; evaluation; and interim management. For two years until June 2008, Max was interim Head of Business and Strategy in the Children and Young People’s Service in the London Borough of Newham where his responsibilities include policy, planning and performance.
